In a nutshell

C-level jobs are the top executive or highest level corporate positions in a company.

For example, a CEO (Chief Executive Officer) holds a C-level job (Which is Bishop's role/position). Other C-level job titles include CTO (Chief Technology Officer), CFO (Chief Financial Officer), CIO (Chief Information Officer), COO (Chief Operating Officer), CCO (Chief Compliance Officer), CKO (Chief Knowledge Officer), CSO (Chief Security Officer), DCO (Chief Data Officer), CDO (Chief Data Officer) ect.


Since he is currently the only person currently in the organization with a "C Level" position (basically a high level position beginning with the word Chief) it appears as if he is looking to fill some of these other executive roles.

Since he tweeted he was looking for executive C level talent today just before the NAB show, it seems plausible that he may be referring to some candidates that are in Nevada for the show too. IMO
