James in all seriousness that is not surprising at at. The pay packages Dan pays ADXS employees are extremely generous and more in line with a profitable company. What's good for ADXS employees isn't necessarily good for ADXS investors, as a growing compensation expense both from a cash and share diluton perspective has definitely weighted on the stock price. The jury is out on whether all the money Dan has spent on himself and other "talent" will pay off or alternatively result in more employees leaving after a few years with massive golden parachutes (eg Mayes and Mauro) without having earned it.
