Please forgive my interpretation if it's wrong. The way I'm translating what I'm reading is this: no matter what the current tonnage on the pads or gpt after the leaching or weight of the button, this is all falling under a category deemed exploratory (vs. production). There is apparently a difference between the two per sec reporting guidelines. And until some capital costs are dealt with using the "exploratory" recoveries, mgmt has decided to maintain current status for reporting purposes. I also believe I'm hearing that whether the pps is .15, .10 or .05, it doesnt matter if one is truly long because once the status changes to "production" and the actual numbers can be accurately reported, it doesnt matter what the current pps is, because it is still very cheap compared to what the real "numbers" will generate.

For those of you who do know, would this be relatively accurate assesment?
