IMHO we are less than 60-90 days away from seeing a draft permit to mine (the big one).
Once PLM receives the draft permit... that is most likely gospel. The public comment won't mean nearly as much the lawsuits once PLM actually gets it Permit to Mine.

There was an update on the state website....
