My perspective on the financing thing for NVI is that the semicondutor industry is in wreck and ruin and it has been this way for several years now. So, the difficulty in obtaining financing seems quite logical to me. Just think back to after the S&L crisis, which probably wasn't "as bad" as this current, 3 year, semiconductor sector depression. After S&L there were absolutely no loans to be had no matter what you were selling. As I recall, the only loans available were very similar to what is on the table from Mercatus. As much as I wish it wasn't, it might as well be 1929 for the semiconductor industry. So, I will sit and watch and hope that my little semiconductor company will be the little engine that could.
