Of course it is, but it just provides the title of the Docket entry. It's exactly like trying to judge a book by its cover. It doesn't provide the reason for the withdrawal and in fact it's a motion that has yet to be granted....although it almost certainly will be.

Anyone with an actual Pacer account, not access to some funky wanna-be website, knows the reason for the withdrawal.
