At some point... the manipulation of the stock will stop if PLM gets their permit. I'm not sure where the short interest stands or if someone is actively trading to keep the price down. If they are doing item #1 (and PLM gets a permit) they are going to get squeezed hard. If they are doing item #2 they will eventually have to stop. It's very conceivable IMHO that some of these environmental organizations or trusts (i.e., Rockefeller money) are willing to attempt to hold the price down. If either are the case and they may be long shots... they all lose long term assuming PLM gets permitted.
