Common vs. Preferred.

There is a trend beginning where some companies are putting more emphasis on common shareholders and limiting preferreds conversion abilities. Things like no voting rights for preferred, limiting or eliminating toxic deals and warrants, initiating buybacks etc., partnering and sharing.

I am in a couple of these presently... and a few turds too. Those that are proceeding with shareholder value first are all climbing in value. It is the old principle of taking care of your family and they will take care of you. We are a big family and growing. Think well Tony before you pull the trigger. Little guys don't get to print money.
This is a big deal for many of us.
