In my opinion, Doug is not honest. Why have they not disclosed that spangenberg is working full time for a new company where he will get advisory fees and commissions from marathon? Why have they not disclosed that Fortress won't let them draw off the line and they are near a technical default? If anyone bothered calling the company or doing any real due diligence they would know all of this.
