Are we seeing some "buy on rumor, sell on news"? It is clear that news is imminent once today's hearing is done. Maybe a few are happy with their gains and don't want to take a chance with negative news.

As for me, I have been long for a long time and have averaged down to 70 cents. I still have a way to go to come back from under water. I just hope that future dilution won't be too severe.
