Sir lets say your doing something behind closed doors, and you wanted to buy something for nothing. would you let the cat out of the bag? and someone else come in and buy it at a different price.
Sir these guys know what is going on, and we don't want to ruin all the work they have done. buy when you can and give it a few more years and then be happy.
