the furia/fhal original private investors plus a sprinkling of officers are filing 144's so they can sell some shares after the reset. The 8-k released them from restriction and they are exercising their right to take profits. Most have been waiting 2 years to cash in on their investment.

Thankfully most of the rest of us, have only been waiting 2 months.
