To be fair, those Hundreds of Millions of 0.0001s buyers should slap at least half the amount of their 0.0001s shares at 0.0002s in order to see the current 52-week high 0.0010 again! Say someone bought 100M shares at 0.0001s before. Now he/she should buy 50M shares at 0.0002s!
