The ask of 30,000 at 17.XX has been put out there only so it is VISIBLE to traders, IMO. That's big order worth more than $500,000 -- if they really wanted to sell those shares at the highest price, the order would have been entered as a "not held" so the number of shares to be sold is INVISIBLE to other traders. No, this order was INTENTIONALLY made visible so that traders who see it get freaked out and sell their shares at a lower price sub "$17.XX". It seems someone is playing to accumulate shares cheaply. Their tactics are working today.
