All being compensated for doing little or no work. Great gig if you can get it! It would make sense for the company to hire an engineer to actually help develop products that can take advantage of whatever technology Temple thinks they have discovered! Instead shareholders see their investment get spent on exorbitant licensing fees for a product that has not been proven to be valuable to anyone except Qsep promoters and Taos press followers. So instead of hiring engineers and qualified product people...the entire company is relying on Tao and his bumbling presentations to keep throwing darts at the board.
