Speculation. The Chinese attraction may be a good size piece of land in close proximity (1 hour) to the large financial center of the western world, NYC, and generally the US east coast. I know the Chinese telecom company has a location in VA but being near NY would enhance their presence. Also, I hadn't known that the MJ industry in China was so huge, if they have a finger in that business in China, having a finger in the burgeoning US MJ industry would be a plus. Essentially the land in NE PA is the reason for the attention. Why else would a company like the global Chinese telecom be interested in a sub-penny with no income and, except for the land, no assets. Yes, I'm crystal balling here, I have nothing other than what I have learned through surface research to substantiate this. Speculation.
