sorry.. but the stock itself does not fall under its purview.. nothing need be filed... insiders dont even need to file form 4s.. if it were ever uplisted then yes.. why do you think pink sheet issues are targets of such blatent manipulations.. you need look no further than stocks like BKMP where the IHUB board alone owns more than the AS.. or go the extreme and look back at BCIT with only ONE million shares OS yet traded 10s of millions a day.. according to what was stated I owned twice the OS back then and I was just a very small fry,, (granted it was shut down by SEC becasue of COUNTERFEIT shares.. still a lot of guys made a ton of money).. how many tickers do you want me to list.. all I have to say is look back at NDOL.. then you willl know the true potentail here.. this is the pink sheets.. unregulated to the highest degree.. Ive never felt like I was in a stock with so many who are so totally unfamiliar w/this "market".. I could really rant in this post, and not just in a negative way.. just buy your shares.. sit back and be quiet.. watch what happens..
