Maybe so, however, as long as I am, I would think under .02 a share would be attracting thousands of people to even just invest $500 - $1,000 for a "just in case" it does happen type deal.

The price is going down? I know it's on OTC and if it sounds too good it usually is, but an oil stock in this basin under .02 a share with multi well-renowned companies ready to get it built once financed?

Just don't understand how the price as stated would not be at around at least .05 on just speculation. The share count is concerning and most don't seem to comment on that as if they don't talk about it, it won't be there or something. This is a real thing that can play into how far the price will actually go. No way is this a multi-billion dollar cap currently, so I'm thinking $'s will be out unless a R/S. Just not feasible.
