A thought that to me places your "PROBABILITIES" a little more in the positive light. Which is that recently the company increased the A/S from 12.5 million to 150 million and yet DID NOT , DID NOT do an IP or issue more stock. So if they had any doubt about results they would have as poor or bad results will quickly DROP the PPS down to $2 or less. Many companies have issued shares before result releases. Holding off on an share issuance with good or great results means getting a LOT MORE per share.
POINT: I think they KNOW what they got and are acting accordingly.
