Does the board think that ramad is posting on behalf of MTIA or another note holder?

It has seemed for months now that ramad is posting several times a day in an effort to drive ECTE into bankruptcy. If he is actually doing this on behalf of a note holder than this could be brought up in bankruptcy court and his client could be forced to give up its priority on the patents.

This could be one of the times that the shareholders actually get something out of a bankruptcy.

Platinum is accused of bribery and running a ponzi scheme so they might have to forfeit any priority on the patents. I seriously doubt that ramad is posting on behalf of PP while they are under investigation (and if ramad is I am sure that will come out). But if ramad is posting on behalf of one of the other note holders such as MTIA and ramad’s conduct can be imputed on to that noteholder perhaps they would lose priority too.

With the two biggest note holders out of the way a large portion of the sale of the patents could fall to the shareholders.
