Funny-

The two words that come to my mind are MIS and LED.

After some consideration, I don't see how this could get much worse; ironically, it would appear that they don't have any distribution agreements to fulfill other than consignment @ Best Buy - perhaps this was all by design too, once they found out how long they had to carry costs before they got payment from BB. Maybe they can't afford to produce the product needed to fill retailers' shelves without front money, which they clearly don't have.

So, to save the company's existing business (which I think was OK before, without all the consultant agreements John paid for leading up to this fiasco), I think the company's just going to go back to being unknown - which is not what we paid for when the stock was trading @ $2.50, but then again there is no such thing as a sure thing, right.

IF the technology is that good, SOMEONE will bring it to market; JG has a template to work off of (from the DGM fiasco), and there are undoubtedly sound companies that are capable and willing to do the things Lamar in his ineptness was unable to do. John, IMO, is now conserving cash and letting the dust settle, most likely with no plans for additional retail distribution. One thing that would drop the stock price further would be the Pref C shareholders, if they make the decision not to wait it out and instead convert at current levels.

The downside, from here, is a LOT less than it was before the hype; unfortunately, if it climbs from here, it will be EXCRUTIATINGLY slow.

Tell John to open up the phone lines on a CC to review what happened and where he's headed - he brought us here, he owes us that.
