David had told me they were working on something of high quality and he was putting his own money into it. Both he and Mr. Burgess purchased 57% of the shares. I just can't see mr. Burgess letting this die. At the least, he would give up working on whatever they were working on, and let someone else take over or merge something into it. The share structure and float is amazing. Mr Rogers and Mr Burgess truly irritate me with lack of communication, but there has to be some value to this at some point. I wonder who takes over Mr Darlings shares? I'm assuming his wife.
