Its simple...think Hemp

VLN and MJ will continue to be caught in regulatory molasses, with Hemp, XXII has no natural enemies working behind the scenes to prevent its promotion or getting to the market.

For those who have been in XXII for too many years...they have learned "Applications" mean nothing...great PR, but an excellent tool by which Big Tobacco and likes States (think tax revenue) can keep decision and resolution of those applications in bureaucratic lala land.

IMHO...If this is a bounce on an approval "application"...it will fade... if on "hemp" it could have legs.
