Precise= Exact, particular, specific

50% is as precise, specific, particular as 70% or 30% or 99% or even 0.1% cause you are using a specific/exact/particular value or percent to describe the probability of an event to happen!

If I don't want to be precise I would say something like "some percent or smaller percent/chance or higher chance".

As soon as you use an exact/particular/specific value you are being precise no matter how you want to tweak it.

At least 50% is not a precise percentage...
