Coincidentally, I got my MBA from University of Buffalo. This must be a student thesis as I don't recognize the name and don't see a Ph.D after their name. That's not to diminish the info as it is very through and interesting.

It's also another reason for us to speculate. Perhaps I'm too overly optimistic but I believe Tony has something brewing. While he gave the facts on the call, he seemed quite confident in our position. He never prepared us for dark clouds ahead which a full $60M raise would bring!

I think at a minimum, a partnership with solid financing terms is his minimum acceptance. I think he realizes these small raises to get us month to month is giving the store away and decreasing shareholder value.

Tony has connections and a reputation in the industry that Nader just doesn't have. That's not a knock on Nader personally...just a fact.

Let's hope there's another CC within a month or two. We have enough cash for a few months. Enough time to prove to a partner that the trials are working!
