Scroll down a tad to see that they had just raised it from 500m to 2 bn back on 1/27....

The dilution here has been egregious. Check the SEC filings to see how much the o/s has ballooned in less than a year.... No wonder the stock has been a total disappointment. From over 1.50 in July to .0002-3??!!
