I own about XXXXXX so far in DRWN, I want to see so more details before i add another XXXXXXX with the amount will be determined by any updates and the information in the pr's.
Would like ask a few questions if thats ok,
1) Do you see a ticker symbol change coming and a new Cusip number?
2) Is there any chance the AS of 6 billion will be reduce to 4 billion or around that number?
3) Is there any chance that the OS number can be reduced since its ~2.6 billion shares and ~800 million in the float? Most of them are restricted or help by insiders it appears which would look amazing if some of those restricted shares are retired..
4) Any chance of a reverse split?
5) Any chance of a buyback of shares?

The reason I ask these questions is because the market loves that kind of news that I listed above, if they hear the AS is being reduced, the OS is having some of its restricted shares retired back to the treasury plus in the same pr you say there will be no reverse split anytime soon or is not even being considered along with a new stock symbol change and then you have a press release that would blow this stock way higher. Buyback news is also huge in this market.

We are planning a ticket symbol change and official name change through FINRA. We actually have a new CUSIP for that change. FINRA is requiring the company to become current in its filings first. We are compiling with that requirement through the audit. I cannot discuss any of the other matters regarding how the company would handle share structure or restructuring as that would be inside information in violation of SEC rules. We will release information regarding share structure once it has been decided with guidance from our SEC counsel. Regards!
