Yes, I will be at the SHM, and yes, I will be representing my group in the sense that I will be handing in their proxies and taking notes.....and reporting back to them later.
My group alone represents close to 15% of the vote, and we will be voting YES to the reverse split and YES to the name change.
Rest assured, Tony and his staff have the best interests of the company and the shareholders at heart. With 122 million shares, if his efforts can get the pps to 10 cents pre-reverse split, he's worth over 12 million dollars.......and a pps of 10 cents is a mere $940 million market cap....and that is low balling for the newest international airline to come along in years and THE one to show the rest of the airline industry how to properly treat their customers.

.....and to me, "multi-billion" means at least 2 billion, if not more. A market cap of 2 billion puts the pps at over 20 cents (pre reverse split), and 3 billion over 30 cents.
Wow. If "multi-billion" means 3 billion or more, than the pps (pre reverse split) would be over 30 cents. That means that for every dollar spent today......at .005 pps......would be worth 60 times that. $100 would be $6,000+ How's that for laughing all the way to the bank.
