SP at $5.50 (MC=$137mm) is stupid cheap. From YMB comments...

PTI has 85 million in cash and a collaboration with Astellas for UPR Modulators worth up to $400 million in milestone payments, CF pipeline with PTI 428 and triple combination could be worth a fortune with good clinical results. MC is ridiculously low at this price IMHO.

The results of PTI 428 WITH 8 CF patients are due this quarter. If the results are good then the stock will sail. Also, good results will probably lead to TDN endorsement which will cause a bigger bounce. Results could be released any time in the 2Q.
