Thanks for clarity Tony on the 4th quarter....I think late 4th quarter too right?.

...I didn't pay attention to it because it was subtle, but then in March 2017 someone pointed out the increases.

....Then the 15 filings and now price action.

....at this point with it's steady activity , new investors , a very active message board , people signing up and watching, etc etc that a PR is bound to happen....and I'm thinking theres a Positive unknown Variable.

If Not, I'm be More than Happy to Pay for a PR myself. hahaha

Some things just make sense.
