I was unaware of the appeals process. I didn't realize it was so generous. I stand corrected on that issue.

Still, if NVAX is under $1 for 30 days it will receive a de-listing letter and the clock starts ticking. That fact is publicly disclosed and basically broadcast to the market. It's definitely no time to be complacent. If you were the CFO or on the board, you'd be seriously considering it as an option and making some plans.
