Namaste signs definitive agreement to acquire Cannmart has implications for VIN

I already posted this on stockhouse, but Namaste has officially acquired Cannmart, which will give them the ability to sell cannabis products through their e-commerce platform.

This is important news for VIN, as we previously signed a MOU with Namaste to "distribute proprietary formulations to Namaste's over 300,000 unique visitors per month."

At the time that the MOU was announced I found it odd, given that VIN makes cannabis products and Namaste was not able to sell actual cannabis (they were only selling accessories). With this new acquisition of Cannmart (which is HC licensed for sale only) they will now be able to sell cannabis products (including VIN's).
