Well not entirely accurate all of the prior attorney fees and costs are under appeal by Dimension against TMM but the resurrection of the Abuse of Process claim under a different judge will be the icing on the cake. When will that hammer fall? Soon maybe? LOL

And how about that million TMM spent that they both borrowed and owe to loan sharks and the $545,000 they owe to the stiffed TMM lawyers? No current appeals or proposed actions get that money back TMM totally blew it! Meanwhile, NOTHING accomplished on trying to become an actual real business, as usual.
