Fhal, I think you're exactly right! Plus, OS has already made it clear that he believes he is "immune" from prosecution and any civil suits.. This has also become "personal" between OS and Rufus.. I believe that OS sees this, in part, as his personal revenge against Rufus for Rufus making him look so ridiculous and issuing the PR warning Stocklemon to C & D.

Bottom line: there is too much money on the line here, the shorts/bashers will try anything at this point to get your shares!!
