The company never gave a hard date for release of FINS, therefore your claim of "4 days late" is false. They aren't late - they'll release information when they are good and ready. There are a number of factors (some unclear to us) as to them intending to release in the two-week time frame mentioned in the latest PR. Key word: Intends.
