I see no negative short term for this stock. Even with all of the things you mentioned the company is in a much stronger position that it was before the last run which started with a 1.2 million dollar loan from Nigeria. Now there are two loans coming for a lot more money. Final hurdle toward factory completion. To me these loans are as important as getting the original aprovals.

Burg's comment about price speaks to the momentum factor. I think the stock should have only run to .05 range and stayed there last time but because it is a penny it is a smaller pond which causes a bigger wave that is why it hit .11. That is also why it shot down more than it should have to under .025.

It is the growth potential of this stock that will drive it for awhile. No matter how you shake it the company is in business with the government which means it is a monopoly in my mind. After all we are talking of a revenue potential of a billion with this one drug.

It will stop at the resistance points you mentioned and allow some money to change hands but I think it will go up at each step.

Burg says the main reason for the proposed A/S increase was stock options to entice new high level employees so dilution isn't a real issue.

I'm looking for a five or ten bagger but either way even if I'm way off I think .05 is not far off short term. And sellling under .03 seems silly to me. I played the last run right and think I'm on top of this one too. I think you'll be glad you held 400k shares.

I see a September to remember.
