What I've found is the deal is for $72.5 million, their Q3 2016 is on their website in a press release, the third article down, it explains their situation. They reported $62 million in debt, assets were valued at like $92 million in an editorial on Seeking Alpha. The buyout price leaves about $10 million for shareholders if they payoff all the debt, if they leave say $10 million on the books shareholders would get $20 million. I emailed their IR, they got right back to me, confirmed the authorized shares are still 40 million and the exact pps for the buyout will be released in proxy filings in the next week or so, the PR indicates it is a done deal. So assuming the outstanding are still 25 million, with $10 million left that's .40 per share, if they leave $10 million on the books in debt that's .80 pps. The more debt left on the books, the higher the pps buyout will be for shareholders. Right now shares are being accumulated around .25 pps, the value of the deal IF all authorized shares have been diluted and they payoff all the debt which most likely is not the case just the 'safe' zone until the exact pps is revealed. Shoot their IR an email, he got back to me in like 15 minutes.
