"My husband's tumor was right parietal lobe near motor strip. Also unmethylated, wild type gene. Dx'd Jan 2016, gross total resection 3/1/16 followed by SOC radiation and temodar. Sign of progression 11/1/16 and started on VB-111 plus Avastin clinical trial 11/15/16. 8 week MRI in Jan showed marked improvement . Second MRI this March was stable. Unfortunately his symptoms don't match the MRIs. Continued decline in mobility with his left leg not working at all and left arm with severe proprioception problems. Short term memory not so good. Struggling now to decide if we should continue with the clinical trial. It has become impossible for me to travel alone with him to Houston which is an hour and a half plane ride. I am so scared if we stop the trial and he gets worse I will never forgive myself and always second guess that decision".
