Then under her watch, who has she been issuing shares to on a consulting basis? Mark goldstein I am sure has had a say in this company being the largest investor involved. Really though, Meris has been living off consulting shares from this company. While you have made everyone aware that she isn't stupid, I tend to agree, that she wouldn't live under the bridge given a choice.
