Not defending him but he did say in his 3-27 Press release that the company had to be re-domiciled to Colorado first and then o/s share reduction would be completed. So it looks like the move to CO has to be done first?

If I am misunderstanding what he said below, please feel free to comment. you guys have been in this a lot longer than me.


"Authorized Share and Outstanding Share reductions will take place as soon as The Company is re-domiciled at Colorado SOS and supplemental filings will be posted on OTC Markets reflecting that these reductions have legally taken place."
