I prefer to think about the PPS in terms of what ROX may do that I know they can do, but I don't know if they will do.

We also need to factor in what type of marketing support are they capable of giving to Walmart and the grocery stores we know that are carrying Goslings Ginger Beer.

Anything less than keeping the product moving through those outlets will be a major setback.

If ROX goes ahead and puts a broadcast face on Jefferson's and Goslings, I believe speculators will rush in unconcerned about revenues. They will be here anticipating the take-over payday.

The only thing then that should concern us is how far ahead of EPS does the PPS get.

It's not an answer, but I believe the PPS will be higher next year than it is now.
