10-Ks never have hidden positive information, it would only contain negative information as companies can never hide things from an SEC filing. I'm not saying BIEI has negative information coming, I'm talking in general.

If a company has positive news, they don't wait until a 10-K/Q to release the news. They make a separate PR. It's the negative news that they try to hide in SEC filings.
