Indeed NOT, Tree;
I played it because it is a tune of great historical value in the evolution of sampling practices and law.

Remember the name Aaron Fuchs! One day I'll fill you in on the small interchange he and I had
regarding his cornering the drum sample on this recording for endless litigation against others who used it.
