I looked at the actual patents on USPTO that VPLM claims TWTR infridged upon and they're garbage. I also looked at the characters behind that company and they're shady. Patent trolling is not a good foundation for a company and they're no longer looked favorably upon in the court system. No analysts are including it in their ratings. No news from any even remotely credible source. TWTR has had no reason to respond publicly. Neither stock price has been effected by it. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck...
