Good morning, I think that the PP gave full powers to ALAN because they have bad situation and they gave him 700,000 shares to see if he is able to look for solutions since they have realized that they are not interested in selling notes or creating another company and need solutions Fast, also the notes without the software staff are not worth much nobody would buy without their staff, so they have preferred to empty the company staff and have given ALAN free to take their part for everything you can.
It will always be my opinion and I may be wrong, but it seems that the PP need quick solutions.
And that can help small investors.
