Common Shares(the “Common Shares” or the “Securities”), to Accredited Investors, as that
term is defined in Rule 506(c) p
Question for experienced investors.. If they are offering three million dollars of common shares wouldn't that mean there is no chance of a Reverse Split? Is it legal for them to offer shares while filing for a R/S ???
