So "clear up for me" why HWAL has been in a desperate panic to stop the "irreparable damage to shareholders" inflicted by Blackbridge since August. Over 40 million shares converted at .0001 --which retired a small portion of the debt-- and "immediately dumped onto the market" (HWAL's claim) with 60-70 million The link to court records is near the bottom of the Intro box but here it is anyway:
