If your PP and MTIA scenario is correct, Alan will go along for the ride. He rewarded himself recently with 600K shares and also took care of the Goldbergs. So there is no incentive for Alan to negotiate a deal. Apple might be interested because of the halo effect for all it's products in the China market if they invest in Echo's tCGM. Then this entire scheme was planned and is designed to screw the shareholders.

One problem with this situation. What investors in their right mind would do business with a scumbag criminal organization like PP? Certainly not Apple!
