This will be the metric Institutional Investors will be looking at.
* First you need the current book value. Look in the most recent 10K or 10Q to find "total shareholders equity".
* Total shareholders equity divided by the O/S = Book Value
* Add the last 4 quarters of revenue and divide that total by the O/S, add that total to the book value, multiply the result by the industry multiple (15) to get fair market value PPS.
