The value of YES is that it is available to any small taxi operator who wants to start an APP operation...there could be thousands in the coming years- for example LA, CA has about a half dozen App companies....maybe more. Why join UBER when you can cheaply create you own APP Company....Great idea maybe bigger than MM!
